CLEANING • Gentle Machine wash (delicate cycle preferred) • Lie flat in shade to dry • Cool iron if needed • Do not dry clean • Do not Bleach • Mattress would not require regular washing.

We use Australia Post and other Local Couriers for domestic delivery (within Australia). For all international delivery we use DHL and Australia Post alongside your National Postal Service.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for a store credit. Please note: this excludes sale items, toys / food related items with hygiene policy, unless deemed as faulty.
Please ensure that the product has not been used (tried on indoors is OK), no scuffs, no marks and in brand new resellable condition.

I've now bought three of these - two for in the house and one for the car. They still look great and hold up well to my high energy dogs. Create a great den for the dogs to hang out in and make the crates look much nicer.
