Personalisation tags are non-returnable and non-refundable. If personalisation was complimentary and a refund is requested, the cost of personalisation will be deducted. Exchanging for a different size and your personalisation carries over — no extra charge.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from Sydney, Australia (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods).

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right, or you simply changed your mind. Return for exchange / store credit / discuss with our customer service. Please note: Sale items, toys, and food-related products are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.

We have 3 levels of No-Pull training tools to suit dogs of all shapes, size and strength.
For younger dogs, we recommend you start at level 1 to introduce your dog to front leading harness.
They may stay at level 1 and/or assess if they need to progress to level 2 and 3.
Consult with your dog trainer if required.

I brought the blue one for my other dog and she also loves it! It looks good and fits good, and dosent get in her way when she's working. I really love how much space it gives her shoulders and front legs, she's got total freedom of movement in it. And having the personalized tags with her competition name on them are so cool!
This harness looks to be well made but is well under size. The Small indicates on the size chart that it goes up to 54cm neck. My largest dogs neck is 48cm. This harness is just 35cm at its widest neck adjustment and will not even go over the head of my 6 month old pup.
Disappointing as the harness itself looks quite nice.

Love this product. Looks good on my puppy.
This large sized harness fits my 35kg Swiss Shepherd very well. There is plenty of adjustment room in all the straps and it could fit a larger dog if necessary. The harness material is good quality and it is well made. I didn't get name tags made -just made my own with a dymo labeller. Love the multi colours and he gets many compliments when people see him in his harness. We only use the harness for Scent Work so it won't get a heavy duty workout and he doesn't pull, but looking at how well made it is I think it would stand up to a strong dog.

The harness was absolutely gorgeous. The colour and the quality of manufacture were 5 stars. I returned it only because I could see it would fit our growing puppy for not very long and I'd prefer to get a full size one when she is grown. It looks like its made to last a lifetime.

Large fits my female shepherd well (27kg). It also fits my male shepherd reasonably well (45kgs) although if I was being picky, I would've wanted the option of a larger one for him purely for a longer chest plate so it sits further behind his front legs. That being said, it's still very good and very reasonably priced!
Sat horribly no matter how much I adjusted it, still consistently got the lead tangles with it. Through it away and went to another brand

The harness itself fits comfortable on, however getting this over my Short Hair Border Collie head is not great. Cause her neck/chest is smaller than the back part it just gets over head but then also gets stuck when putting it over her collar. She not the greatest fan of a harness but need it to stop 50% of the pulling. When the lead is clipped at the front the harness moves to one side. Until she is fully walking on a loose lead the harness is not ideal. Have purchased another so that I can get it over her head without it getting stuck.

The Odyssey harness was designed in this way to avoid multiple clips and keep fitting a harness with ease. we will defianlty take your feedback onboard for future improvements.
With the No pull harness the front attachment is the best, if the harness is moving from side to side this iwill lessen as you mentioned once your pup is used to loose leash walking as your dog wont be pulling.

Blue Jumbo Odyssey Harness
I was super excited to receive this after doing a lot of research. Great quality and the personalisation is super cute. But I would not recommend this harness for a dog with a larger head 🤣😞 my boy hates getting his harness put on as it is a tight fit for his head. And I don't want to have to loosen it each time to get it over his head. Not recommended for mastiffs etc bit disappointing.

This style Odyssey harness was designed to offer more coverage across the front chest therefore just allowing the neck section to be adjustable. Potentially you could look at sizing up if this style harness is what you were after.
Some dogs dont like an over the head harness - thats ok. We have our no pull personalised harness or our Explorer chest plate harnesses that can accomodate those needs also havng similar features as the Odyssey.

The design was very well thought out and the quality was at a high standard. The customer service was super nice when I asked questions.
Harness fits well but ideally a clip for the neck strap would be perfect. When I put it over her head it can get caught on her collar/tag whichslightly annoying. Other than that it is good.

I was excited to find a decent harness that would fit my Dalmatian - they are notoriously hard to fit due to their shape.
The harness was promising, fitting well and looking good but I have found a few things that make it inconvenient to use.
It does slip around on the body a little, not enough for concern but enough to notice.
My main issue is the clip placement - they are half under the cover of the harness and make it extremely difficult to unclip. They just need to be further around and it would make it much more accessible and usable.
The colour and design are great and it appears comfy for my dog, but the clip placement isn’t right.

This harness is a new design but with all our designs we do our best in looking for the best placement of all of our adjsuters and clasps. The clasps can get abit irritating at times therefore we ensure they are covered with padded buddies or material. This helps to prevent rubbing or irritation for your pup especially in those sensetive areas.
